TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation of service
Summerstar.com may at any time and at its sole discretion and without cause or notice, Terminate or restrict your access to these websites or refuse to give effect to any booking or reservation requested by you without being required to give any reasons or advance notice to you.
Booking Term & Condition
A minimum 50% deposit is required at the time of confirmation of booking and the balance must be paid 3 weeks (21 days) prior to departure.
Changes to Rate
The rates quoted in respect of the products or service are subject to change without notice.
Changes to Itinerary
You may make changes to your itinerary for bookings that have not been fully paid. Once a booking has been fully paid, to change your itinerary, you must cancel your booking and make a new booking (based upon our refund policy).
Cut-Off Date & Payment
Payment may be made by online or offline settlement mode. All payment must be made before the cut-off date.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the details on your travel voucher are in order. You are liable for any additional charges arising from correction of any inaccuracies in the voucher.
The company shall be exempted from liability for loss, injury or damage to property or personal accidents, delays irregularities or the occurrence beyond our control.
14 days to departure (50% of tour cost)
13 - 7 days or less to departure (70% of tour cost)
within 7 days / No show during the check in date (100% of tour cost)
There would be no refunds for cancellation after the tour has commenced or for any tours, transfer, accommodation, meals or any other services provided not utilized.
